Re: uploading your own custome call tones?

What i mean is this, you buy a calltone, they charge you 2.50 or 1.50 but they only supposed to charge you one time for that specific tone, the tone is yours forever unless you delete it or program it through sprints website only to play on filtered calls, the end.

Re: uploading your own custome call tones?

perhaps i dont understand this completely.

here is the term on sprint digital lounge:
http://calltones.sprintpcs.com:80/prod_license.asp

Product License

This is a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use this content for personal use until it expires, subject to any restrictions provided with the product purchased and in the Premium Services Terms of Use. when you add a call tone to your shopping cart, it says 2.50 and it also says it will expire in 90 days.

am i missing something?

Re: uploading your own custome call tones?

so then you pay 2.50 every 3 months i would guess.
I know for alltel if you dont use the ringback, call tone, it does expire and i think that time is 3 months.

Re: uploading your own custome call tones?

well, the last time I used a calltone, it was a recurring charge.
in my experience with wireless companies, the only thing that's truly a ONE TIME Charge is the physical phone & accessorys.
