Opera 9.7 with turbo has arrived

Thanks to Beejis in the software forum. We know that Opera 9.7 has just been released. here's the info (since many diamondites don't leave this forum) and where to get it since it is still not on their main site:

little tip, to get opera turbo, go into settings>advanced, enable opera turbo. this is the fastest browser out to date. think of it as opera mobile with mini speeds! Awesome stuff. Please thank Beejis

just install botho those cabs from the bottom 97... folder yea?

the first cab installs the browser, and the second is for the widgets. you don't need to install both. good luck.

so i installed both, it seems to be workin a little faster, could be placebo but what ever i like it. and what can i do with the widgets and how? thanks dude

hey i noticed that circling my finger around the center button doesnt work ne more, any way to turn that on?

center wheel zoom works fine, more than 2 levels for me.

did yue change any settings? what rom are yue running?

stock rom,but now i unloaded old build and moved this version to sd and i lost the wheel zoom. check your settings though, theres lots to change and i havent played with it long enough yet but i like the fact that it runs from sd plus ie favs are also there.

seems that its not very stable so ill just stick with whatever version i have until i see a more stable version of 9.7

its getting a little wonky the more i use it, after soft reset it doesnt pickup username and password either. they are saved also.
