Signing DLLs???????????
If i want to sign a dll, put it into a cab, and sign the cab, how do i do it all...?
I've tried many things and none of them seem to work. Can someone give me a short tutorial? I promise that if you do, you will like what i release (hopefully)

Check out the Custom taskbar sticky in the Themes forum... you'll find the correct tools listed/linked in the first post.
