Re: Pulling contacts off my diamond with a dead screen.

i would take it to a sprint store and perhaps they can. I would also suggest using dashwire as it will down load all your contact to your phone when you reset it or get another windows mobile device or s60 device. I would also try microsoft myphone or windows live hotmail and place all your contacts their but no pictures for contacts with live. I would say gmail since you can use actice sync it wirlelessly and it does contacts too. but dashwire is the best... also backup your pim.vol file from the my documents folder or root folder. i would copy it to your 4gb internal and your desktop pc as well that way you have two copies.

Re: Pulling contacts off my diamond with a dead screen.

MyMobiler could be installed by syncing the phone and opening the mobiler installer. He wouldnt have to use the phone's touchscreen. That should work.

Another alternative would be to find out what file/folder holds your contact info and copy it to the other phone.

At times like this is where weekly pim backups and dashwire/myphone sync's really shine. I have all my stuff double backed up. If you don't think your phone is not important enough to backup. Try to go a few days without it. I'm lost if i leave the house without it.

You could try EveryWAN. It lets you control your phone's screen from your computer.
