This is the best app Iv used that enabled haptic feed back, I know you can make it just viberate on the keyboard or all the time but Im not sure about just on opera.
You might also try typing opera:config in the address bar and see if you can find any settings in there, you will have to totally clear out the address bar though, even the http://

I use finger keyboard, and the response works in Opera. And personally I find it just answers better to my chubby fingers
