After attempting to download, I got the same message saying Central Directory not found in the archive.

something must be messed up with your browser. btw, is the address bar still showing the "I" after 105? it should not be there. the address ends with the file # (105)

It is 105.When I posted the link, the "I" hit up in the wrong part of the attached sentence. I am using the stock ROM. Otherwise I don't know why I cannot download nuebattery. I don't seen to have any other issues with my browser.

Thank you much for that. I have the 2 short cuts in Programs. Am I supposed to see any other settings?

nope, those icons toggle the respective functions.
