Alltel picture mail, help!

I made a previous post about this and it seemed like everything was ok. Sometimes I recieve the messages and all the time they send. People say oh I sent it like 5 minutes ago blah blah blah, then other people send it and I get it right away. I'm confused as to why it's doing this. I'm running the version of MightyROM before Reborn and yes I have Arcsoft installed. I have the version Arcsoft Alltel MMS 5.0.69.44. If there was something I could do to fix all of this it would be great! Thanks!

Also WM 6.1 sorry.
