Picture Messaging HELP!

Ok so I have my beautiful little HTC Touch Diamond. It's a great phone, I'm just wondering why I can't sen dor get pic messages? I'm running MightyROM right now and I have the picture pack 400 mycircle thing. My phone provider is Alltel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Everytime I try to send one it's just greyed out. I noticed that when I'm sent a pic message the phone wakes up and everything but nothing is recieved and it shows on their phone that it was sent...PLEASE HELP!

try googlin either smms or arcsoft.... i believe there is an arcsoft for alltell but i think smms is sprint only

There are different versions of Arcosoft floating around. Check the MightyROM thread in the Touch Pro section and use that cab there.

Thanks guys I got that all up and running, the only problem now is I dont know what happens to the picture.
I get the picture mail I can see that there is a pic attached and everything and then I hit download..nothing happens..it just takes me back to the text messages screen and thats all.
Where is the pic? Could it be somewhere in a random folder? Or is there something wrong?
I need HELP! lol

hmm..I just click the little attachment picture in the text and the pic pops up.

I know it looks bad that this is like my first post but, eh. It actually just now downloaded them..I dont know what was wrong but I guess it's doing it now? Lol, it wouldve been better if there was an actual solution so I KNOW for a FACT that its fixed.

If there is one simple thing to do if an error occurs...hit a soft reset usually fix all problems. I tell my g/f that all the time
