Can not dial to voicemail

Thanks. After going Migthy ROM 4.8 and the last one. When dialing voicemail is dialing with a 1 befor the number. Can not remove it. I have allready change it at the phone settings still the same.

By this do you mean you went to:

Start=>Settings=>Phone=>Services=>Automatic Prepend=>Get Settings=>Disable?

yes man I've allready do that and same thing
