i have the same issue with another rom with rhodium,it puts my bristol, tn eastern time an hour behind nyc which is also eastern
i didnt worry too much but it could screw me on an important appointment

I will upload the new Victor OEM drivers in a sec. so you will need to add this folder to the Victor.rar file in ppck now.

Thanks, I'm cooking one up now. I reccmodded an newer version of rilphone.exe module and put it into a cab installed it, but upon reboot, the phone bricked....I guess it's not a good idea to replace a modules driver file with a regular file...whoops!
