Flip phone over to ignore call not working

Im on MR 4.8. My phone on the stock ROM and on other ROMs used to ignore the call when I flipped in on its face but it doesnt work anymore. Anyone know where in the registry this would be to fix or know anything about getting this to work again?

Hi give this reg a try, the key is rom dependant HKLM\Software\HTC\PHONE : FaceDownMuteRing: change value to "1"

It is set to 1 already. Ill try 0 even thought I dont think that will help. atleast I know where in the registry it is now. Thanks.
