Help putting phone in diagnostic mode

hey guys. i'm trying to put my diamond in diagnostic mode. I tried dialing ##3424# and it does nothing. i also tried calling this number, still nothing. dont know whats wrong

Install this EPST version and see what happens.

i installed sprint nav and it picked up my GPS fine so i dont need diag to configure anymore. thanks anyway though
