does no tf3d give bette battery

it would make sense to me but while searching i found mixed opinions. but roms like grooves with tf3d disabld, do they give a decent bit better battery life in anyones experience?

I use Mighty's ROM and was wondering this myself a few weeks ago. So I disabled TF3D and did without it for a few days. I saw no real difference in my battery. I switched between TF3D, HTC Home, and SPB Mobile Shell 2 and they all gave about the same battery life. However, forcing 1X over EVDO while I'm at work (I don't use internet while at work) saved battery.

Agreed. I just turn off EVDO unless I browse the Internet (someone created a Mortscript to change it rapidly in my thread) because I text a lot (200+ messages a day now it seems) and it sucks battery right and left.
