they will send it away and have it fixed. Im sure it will be a while before they run out of refurb diamonds

Wishful thinking

There will be enough refurbished Diamonds to go around for awhile.
Sprint gives you a new or refurbished Diamond if it is in stock. If not, it will take a couple of days to get one.
I don't know what your carrier's policy is.

i replace it myself, it is easy, just be careful to remove the stick paper on the central skrew....

So my 2nd repair center says that a missing stylus magnet is a cosmetic issue. Really?? On a touch-screen phone? Hmm.

Searched around and found the magnet again and despite having TEP, I opened up my phone and put the magnet back in myself. The tape/tamper indicators were already screwed up from the first repair person who opened it up and put the magnet in the wrong place.
