You need your home computer's IP address. If your computer is attached to a router, you will need to forward port 3389 from the router to your PC's internal IP address. Best thing to do is set your PC up with a static IP and use a service like noip.com to create a DNS entry for your router's IP. It's a little complicated if you aren't a little techie.
