TF3D Problem installing Themes...

I don't have the usual problem that most have with this program (error messages, etc). Everything goes fine. I Go to the "Appearence" Tab in the program and select the theme That I want to use. (it is a .theme file). And I click apply and it goes through the progress but when the phone reboots I still have the old stock Sprint theme. I've tried with different themes and still the same thing. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
