I just got my new Htc diamond but it is REALLY HOT!!! I don't want it to break someone please help me revise this issue, thanks.

Its normal, these phones get hot

Try a different radio. There have been reports that certain radios seem to help with Heat issues, because of the improved signal strength and what not.

Try flashing the 1.11F radio. That should help. My phone doesn't get even warm now. And flash a ROM like MightyROM. You will thank me later.
