Call Display Name Display

So I have an unlocked GSM Diamond on Fido. I have the Call Display(Name display) feature on my plan, but I only get the number displayed when someone calls.

I've looked around for a straight answer to this problem and all i can find is that since my ROM isn't a Fido ROM it's not picking up the Name Display info from Fido. I was wondering if anyone knows of a solution to this problem.

(As a side note I'm not talking about address book recognized numbers)
