youtube settings

ok i updated my rom and the quality for youtube is set to low, i want to change it and i see people are saying to go to the youtube settings but i cannot for the life of me find where that is. I see program guide and an x on the top and then the all, bookmarks, history, and search at the bottom, thats all i see

what am i missing?
