Touch Pad is Non Responsive

Whell today morinig y notice when scrolling my call history that only the first like 10 calls y can tap to se details of it. The rest y tap them an nothing. just can scroll down and up the holle list.

Any idea? do you thing that i may go to warranty?

i have allready try all the apps and seems to work fine. I just have the tf3d confign and tweaks. It just do that wierd thing when scrolling call history

Sorry, I guess I didn't read the entire post. I would suggest a hard reset then. Just seems to be software related.

by doing the hard reset I will loose the phone service settings? as well?

You will loose all contacts/ appointments and any application that you have installed. It will be like you just got the phone. It resets it to out of the box condition.

There are a good backup programs that you may want to try
PPCPIMBackup
Sprite Backup
SPB Backup
Resco Backup

It should keep your programming though.
