Signature and return address help..

I have a Sprint Diamond, flashed to Cricket, running MightyRom 4.4. I want to know if there is a way to edit the signature and return address when sending a text message to an email address. Currently, the recipient will receive an email with the return address of xxxxxxxxxx@sms.mycricket.com and a signature that reads, *sent from a Cricket mobile device* I can add a signature but that doesn't change the Cricket signature.

Re: Signature and return address help..

Have you tried?

On the main message pages with all the threads
Menu-->Tools-->Options
Tap on signatures. Change the settings there

Re: Signature and return address help..

That only allows me to add a signature. So instead of just the Cricket signature, I'd have that, plus whatever I would type in, as a second.

Re: Signature and return address help..

I think Cricket adds that outgoing line to each message, so I am not sure you would be able to change it.;

Re: Signature and return address help..

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping there was an editable string in the registry or something. The return address is what dislike the most. Do most cell companies put it in the format: xxxxxxxxxx@companyname.com or similar, or is that just Cricket's preference?
