Help!! Diamond Wont Get P***** Screen

Help please....my diamond wont go to the screen after the screen that says "touch diamond" in white letters? it just keeps resetting!!!! please helop

Put your phone into bootloader mode and reflash.

but active sync dont reconize it..

have your tried putting the phone in bootloader as Stevedog suggested? if so, at the bottom of the screen do you see USB on the bottom of the screen. if so, you are connected. also, to backtrack, have you flashed before? just curious as to whether you unlocked your phone yet.

bootloader mode: with phone power off, hold back button, volume down, and power.

Make sure your screen says SSPL0.43.CMONEX when your in bootloader. If it doesn't say that then your phone in not unlocked and that is the problem.
