Text Messages Times from the Future

Hi there everyone, I'm kinda a newbie when it comes to this stuff, so I'm hoping I can get some help!

When I receive a text message (doesn't matter who from, or what network they are on) my phone time stamps them 7 hours in the future. So if I recieved a text message right now at 00:09, it would be time stamped with 07:09.

I am a Bell user, have the Telus Radio V1.04.05V, I have just upgraded to OMJ's new 2.00 ROM (this is the 3rd ROM update I have done with this problem continuing with each ROM since I upgraded from the Stock Bell Rom).

I did a bit of poking around in the registry to see if I could find a reg entry to fudge with to fix this with no luck.

Any ideas?
