Black Technocel Skin Cover at Sprint Stores!

Just picked up a Black Technocel Skin at my local Sprint Store! It comes as a 2-pack with Black and Red for $19.99. The Red cover is the same as before. Sorry for the crappy pics. If they don't have it in stock, they should be able to order it for you. Just give them the product SKU which is ZCH0596R. Best of luck!

THe black looks better than the red.

The only issue I had with this one was the case streching out over time.

I posted about this previously, but I have the red one, and the issue that I have with it is that the bottom lip stretches over the edge of the hardware keys and messes with your hardware key presses. ex. if you press send to bring up the dialer it thinks you are trying to scroll in TF.

I bought the thin case from Seido, the Innocase (I think).

Expensive, but I love it! Mainly, my flush touchscreen, well, it's still flush!

Man I may just pickup one of these. I didn't want to buy a cover for my Diamond because I love the small, slender design and all the covers make it a bit bulky. Alas, this weekend while drinking with my g/f and the guys I dropped it face down against concrete while trying to slip it into my pocket while drunk.

It basically got chipped on on the top left, on the top center, lower right and a bit on the right edge as well. Screen didn't get a scratch though (thank god!) So I'm thinking of a cover to cover up these blemishes and prevet additional ones.

Now I'm trying to decide bewteen something like this or one of those ruberized hard plastic shells that cover the entire phone like this:

That seems to be basically the same as the clear plastic shell that they sell in the Sprint Store but with a flat black ruberized coating. At that price level I'd buy two or three as replacements. I'd go for the Seido as it seems to be the least bulky cover but it doesn't protect the front face of the phone whatsoever.

I picked up one of these off eBay for $3.99, and I see them for sale in lots of places. Be forewarned ... within a month or so, the black coating will begin to wear off in spots. It's not the same quality as the coating on the Seidio cases. Anyway, I wrote to the eBay seller, and he sent another one, free of charge. Only thing is, the exterior coating is starting to do the same thing ...

glad to know they put out another color for this... what i really wish they'd do is fix the issue with the hard clear case!

I have had mine since Sept. and there is no coating wearing off. Must be a different finish or something.

Possibly, Ebay is filled with cheap knock-offs. I'm gonna order one ASAP, I can't stand the look of my Diamond with all the scrapes it got on the edges after the one and only drop it's ever suffered.
