Beware of this HotFix!!!! Caused Hard Reset.
I was over at the Touch Pro forums and I saw this post for a HotFix for the delayed texting issue some of us have been having with recent roms. I installed it, and it caused my device to not boot. Had to hard reset. The OP said he installed the hot fix and it put a file called install.cab in his root directory. He posted just the cab file, which is what I installed. Maybe it would work if he posted the entire hofix, not just the cab it creates. Not sure... Worth looking into though for sure!! It worked for him. Check it out, but be careful!!!

This article says "Note that the hot fix can only be applied to those Touch HD with ROM version less than 1.19.xxx.x." Maybe thats why I had to Hard Reset???

EDIT: its for the touch hd not pro or diamond. im gonna dissect it though to see what was in there

it doesnt look bad, here are the files, the file Registry.txt i made is the reg entries it was making. The file Files.txt i made, is where the items were going.

The post over at the touch pro forum said it was for the touch hd, pro and diamond. I shouldve looked into it a bit more before installing, but I got overzealous. Its only a hard reset, feel like I do one every other day installing all these new roms. Part of the fun right?
