Black spot on screen

the top right corner is blacked out right over signal and battery indicator. Any Ideas?

Have you rebooted?
What programs do you have running?
what ROM are you on?
what programs have you installed?

I actually ended up doing a hard reset already. But thanks for trying. I'll be reloading my programs one at a time so I can figure if/which program it is.
