recovering erased data

I accidentally erased a file in my doc folder and i dont know if it is an omportant file....In any case, is there a way to recover it

If it's from internal storage, connect it using the USB flash drive method (instead of activesync) and use a PC file recovery program.

unfortunately its in my device... but my phone seems fine. so it prolly wasnt important. thanks though

For future reference back up you file that way you dont have to worry about deleting something important, i dont think is posible to recover lost data from your device directly from your device, you will have to use a pc data recovery program to recover lost files.

Im using resco file explorer,it creates a recycle bin,that way u can restore deleted items from there
