i had the same problem with gyrator2 which i used only for google maps. figured it was an issue with gyrator2 so i uninstalled it. i also disabled the reg to stop opera from rotating. i'm using telus rom.

I don't think it's a gyrator2 issue as I've had this issue with/without gyrator. Anything else that could be causing it? It'll be fine for a day or so and then once it starts kicking me out when rotating it will continue to do it until I soft reset.

I was actually able to fix it by updating to a newer HTCVolumeControl.dll. I used this one at first: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=1097 but then switched to a new tsowen taskbar and all the new ones have updated HTCVolumeControl.dll files that fix it.
