-Tried the reg-edits
-tried Jucy', and mighty roms, and stock Telus roms

Re: sending email problems

I am using Telus, and never had ANY problem sending emails, either configuring the EMAIL client from telus or directly on the phone. I used Juicy's before up to v4.2 and switched to Mighty v4.1. I also used the stock rom and never had problem sending email....

What's kind of problem are you having?

Thanks for answering ...

the error msg is "the message could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account info is correct."

without telling me your password etc can you let me know where your settings are at. Telus is wanting me to use the "Telus" email feature of my phone ...obviously when I used a cooked rom thats gone. So all im doing is setting up an account manualy. Any help would be greatly appreaciated. Called Telus tech support and ...you know what thats like!

Re: sending email problems

try using > smtp.telus.net < as your 'sending' address.

It works for my university's email, while using the school's > mail.school.ca < for receiving.

hope it helps!
