Storage Memory Full

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how the program memory on my diamond has become full. I have gone through every directory with a fine tooth comb and can't seem to find the almost 90 mb that I am using. The only thing I can think of is that I installed the carbon theme a couple of times, but, I did uninstall it. Before I do a hard reset on my phone (because I can no longer activesync my pim info) I thought I would post this. Does anyone have ideas as to what could use so much memory? Thanks Much....
