To keep your stored passwords when using clear temp just uncheck cookies, it won't search and remove them. Also uncheck sips to keep any extra installed keyboards.

I gotta vote for SK Tools. Its the free version but it will locate and do alot of cleaning everywhere. Give it a shot

I would get diamond touchflo3d config and click reset to rom default in the appearance tab. that is of course if you think it is a problem with manila themes
