WM 6.5 out for Touch, when Diamond?

thats not 6.5 something in the 21014 base that is a part of 6.5 or sumthing but i dont think you see a rom with that base here because microsoft made juicy remove his rom with that base. so dont get your hopes up for it becase from what iv herd that base wasnt much of an inprovement
