is this possible somehow?

i just want to somehow use my internet on my phone to push out a wireless signal to my ipod touch

I have been using this for a while.. and it makes me not need an iphone anymore... I have a mp3 player (itouch) that is amazing... and a phone that is amazing.... lots of overlap.. but I am not left wanting anything else... Plus when my mp3 player is out of juice.. my phone still has batteries (and 2 spares)

as long as you have an unlimited data plan there should be no other charges (from provider) for using this right?
