sync calendars from vista to windows mobile

Just curious if its possible. I've read many articles online stating that its stupid micro****'s fault for not doing this but this is a 'customizing' community and I was wondering if anybody know how.

Basically, I hate sitting there and having to type my calendars and dates on my my diamond, one at a time. Instead I want to do it all on the computer than sync it via usb wire.

I've used windows mobile device center, and checked all the boxes but nothing works.

A little help is appreciated. Thanks.

When you say calendars from vista, are you referring to calendars in Outlook? That is what WMDC will synchronize with.

My Outlook calendars sync fine.

You need to sync with Outlook...and it was the same with Windows XP.

thats odd..

from what you guys are saying it should work perfectly.

I do have calendars in my outlook, but when i sync using the wm sync center, I did select outlook.

But nothing happens.

Ok..let's look at it in a little more detail. When you initially said "nothing works", do you mean that a synchronization doesn't complete, or it appears a synchronization completes but no data is transferred?

it states that it is synced, but after completion, I went to check my calendar on my phone and none of my appointments made on my computer is on my phone.

You might need the 64 bit version of windows mobile device center. This happened to me once when i flashed a different sys based rom. try reinstalling WMDC.

You don't happen to be using multiple calenders on outlook are you?

i do, i realize that it only sync the first calendars -_-

I can't help being organized, but this software just makes me mush everything together.
