Re: just curious, how do you guys edit your t9 dictionary?
Start typing, press the + button, then type the word using ABC mode. Click on the checkmark, and the word will be added. It's a good idea to add common emails or web extensions to this - makes things much faster... HTH

Re: just curious, how do you guys edit your t9 dictionary?
go into file explorer. device storage>windows - and look for eT9MyWords (the one you want has an icon saying, Xt9) click and hold it down and copy. now scroll back up until you find the folder start menu>programs - now scroll all the way down until you have open space you can click on hold on. paste shortcut. Now you'll have a link to your dictionary in your programs!

Re: just curious, how do you guys edit your t9 dictionary?
Editing your T9 words is a handy thing to be able to do and the feature should be in settings or programs and not buried in the Windows directory. Thank you Intangible for unlocking it for us.
Over time (and especially when first using the Diamond) your T9 dicionary will fill up with all kinds of typos and other junk. While this isn't bad from a storage standpoint, your keyboard will keep prompting you with these bogus entries and can make predictive text less useful than it can/should be. |

Re: just curious, how do you guys edit your t9 dictionary?
This is a very useful post. I really like the idea of posting the shortcut to the programs folder. Is there any way to alter the stock xt9 dictionary?
