sandsage, I tried it again, and I didn't hold them down as long as before - I got to the hard reset screen, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! It seems to be booting up now and going through the initial set up. I appreciate it so much, thanks again!!!

Great! I guess you weren't quite getting to the full Hard Reset. Glad it is working now.
