Verizon Diamond

My wife has been itching for the Diamond after seeing my TP... But I havn't seen anything about it coming for Verizon in a month when it was said to be coming sometime in January... Anybody have anything more recent or a more precise date than January? Or has this been dropped by Verizon?

Or am I the only one interested in this phone on VZW?

There are the specs for the Verizon vs. Sprint versions. As with the Touch Pro, Verizon's version of the phone will be worse than the Sprint version. There is no official word on when the Diamond will be available for Verizon, just speculation, which means at least a couple months if you don't hear a release date within that time frame. I would say just activate a Sprint Diamond on Verizon but if you're giving it as a gift that wouldn't be too classy lol.
