Internal Memory Not Found

Ok I need some help ive searched all over and found very few answers to this problem but seen the problem many times with the diamond rom. I used the clear storage app to format the internal storage and after restart it cannot find the internal storage anymore. I would like some help on how to fix this plzzz and thank you
