Volume System/Ring - Change Default Tab

Haha confusing title huh? Any way's...

There re two things bothering me that I didn't really want to start a tread over but I cant stand then anymore.

1. I'm using Juicy's v4.4 ROM and for the last few versions when you hit a volume key it pops up in the "Ring" tab instead of the original "System" tab. Is there a way to change this to set "System" as default?

2. In the stock ROM when your in TF3D you can hit the end key and it will disconnect the data connection. That doesn't work anymore. Thoughts on how to get it back?
