Lost vibration

So I flashed juicy 4.3 yesterday and came to realize that my vibration doesnt work. Phone call, sms, no matter what the setting. Even the small vibration you get when you select vibrate doesn't work anymore. Hard reset, reflashed 4.3 and still nothing. Flashed back to 4.2, nothing/ Flashed to Matts newest rom, nothing. Anyone have any idea whats going on? I went between too many roms for this to be a software issue, it has to be hardware right?

If you Vibrate feature isn't working on any ROM, then its a hardware issue. Go warranty that mutha out in a store or through Sprint's Online Advance Exchange program!!

have u tried flashing back to the stock rom?

If it isn't working with the stock rom, then i'd assume u can finally rule it as hardware related!

yea, I flashed back to stock today to take it to the sprint store and still no vibration. Had to wait 45 mins at sprint for them to tell me they will order me one, that will come in after the holidays, when they have 7 in stock.....but w/e. Kind of wish it was just a software issue that I could fix here, haha.

Kinda why i'm paranoid to use touch response on my phone.

I'm using it now, but the last thing i want is for my vib to die!

I wouldnt worry too much about touch response causing it to go. I never used touch response, haha.

lol i had a similar problem.. but with my screen.. i too didn't want to wait so i had them bill a brand new pro to my account and i walked out with it.. i will deal with them in another city on monday...!

I lost my vibrate too! My phone has been with repair for 4 weeks now and i am pissed. I do not have Sprint so a quick swap wasn't possible. If you browse around the forum, you will see that we are not the only ones with dead vibrate motors. I wonder if flashing to different ROMS is causing this or just a MONSTER coincidence that when I flashed to a different ROM mine died too (as did many others).
