Not sure if anyone has seen this yet, but i think its worth taking a look at.

new concept of Windows 7 code named Windows Device 7 (WD7)

This is a support for Wisbar Advance Desktop 2 users.

This a Pro Edition, yes, there's already a lite edition built in my other unreleased skin 'Windows Mobile 7 (concept)' I hope to release that soon.. coming back to Windows Device 7 now..

WD7 features:
● QVGA [VGA coming soon!!][WQVGA not supported yet
● Sound effects
● Very clear concept
● Customizable themes for WD7!! [see 2nd post]
● Real Windows 7 icons (most of them)
● Built in music controller for S2P using .mscr (very simple scripts without bugs)
● All programs are categorized in different docks
● Nice refreshing look very different from other UI's
