How to assign a custom alert for a text sent from an email address.

Hello Everyone,

I work for a fire department. When there is a major incident, dispatch sends certain people a text message from an email address. Is there anyway or program that will let you assign a custom alert/ringtone when receiving a text sent from an email address?

Just to clarify, when I get the text message there is no phone number assigned to the text. The message says, "New message from www.brown.co.wi.us and then the message.
