Diamond euro 3G to US 3G?

I was wondering if anyone knew if a firmware upgrade was possible to enable HSDPA 850/1900 on a Euro release Diamond.

The reason I ask is that they made firmware upgrade to quadband GSM... so I wondered if they'd do the same thing for HSDPA
