Anyway to get Bluetooth headset to announce names for incoming calls?

I'm using Jawbone II with my Diamond. Whenever I get an incoming call, the BT headset just beeps and doesn't announce the name of the caller. However, on the MS website, it lists this feature available on its Voice Command software. Has it been disabled on the Diamond?

you go into voice command from the settings screen, and enable it on bluetooth headsets when available. it even reads my text messages to me, which is really cool for when i'm driving. now if only there was a speech to text program where i could just say "reply nancy....**** you too!"

wouldn't that be ironic, people communicating with each other using speech-text-speech software thru sms on each end rather than just talking regular lol
