Re: DIY Black battery cover
a great solution to this would be to order one from telus for all those sprint users.
And for those who want to get this done professionally, i went to utstarcom located in brampton, ontario. They will replace your WHOLE housing with one of a color of your choice (provided that they have it in stock and its made) for $80 and keep ur original one =)

i personally would never do it, but its always an option for those who like to spend $$ to get good work. I just found it out since i took my old touch for repair there. edit: and nautica, completely agree with you about them not being feasible spendings, but was just throwing it out there. Re: DIY Black battery cover
i am the biggest example of free covers from sprint stores. I HAVE 11 TOTAL. So i cant see why people are saying they cant even get one.

Re: DIY Black battery cover
I sent Telus an email a month or so ago asking to order a back - they won't sell to those of us in the US (something like "need a Canadian credit card and shipping address").
