Are the battery life issues easily fixed with a few reg edits? Better than Touch Pro?

i have the touch pro right now but i'm thinking about getting the diamond instead since it's cheaper and hold out until Sprint releases a better looking Touch Pro without the chrome border (unlikely) or a nicer case is released. But I've read issues with the Diamond's battery life. Both phones use the same 1340mah battery size so i would think the diamond would last longer.

There are just as many posts about battery life in the TP forum as there are here. I think the phones are primarily the same, except for the keyboard and external MicroSD slot. Seems the battery life would be the same.

You can always use a custom ROM and/or the battery tweaks to help.

What you have to ask is if you can live without the slide-out keyboard.

I recently switched from the pro to the diamond.

Very glad of the move!

Can the Pro's battery tweaks work on the Diamond?
