Re: Increased Battery Performance On Sprint

I am a big fan of sarcasm but the comment did come across as, well, d*ckish. If that's how you want to be perceived, go for it.

Actualy smartass yes it does.

4 Nvidia gtx 280 in quad sli consume more power while running games. They even draw more power running photoshop then when the system is idle.

It's hard to tell on forums unless someone uses emoticons to help convey levity.

I figured that TF3D probably contributed to drain, but I didn't know there were really any alternatives, so it was a helpful post.

Re: Increased Battery Performance On Sprint

There are several really rude people on this board. After reading a lot of threads, I've come to expect the second post in each to usually be disrespectful.

Re: Increased Battery Performance On Sprint

Yeah... bashing can be really bad here sometimes... I know how it feels... not too long ago I got bashed in this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=43531 but I have to say too that I got "thanked" at the end... still, I got really discouraged and now I really think twice when trying to help by creating a new post.

Re: Increased Battery Performance On Sprint

I've had TF3D off as well as the phone skin since day one (when it was first released). I thought it helped at first but it doesn't.

I do think the new PRL helped some.

But I keep TF3D off because it's all eye candy and zero function.

Re: Increased Battery Performance On Sprint

I didn't post earlier because I don't want to seem like I was adding insult to injury but..
I measured the current draw when Juicy stopped it from auto running in his rom.

It does pull more current but not enough for ME to worry over.
I supposed if you want the absolute maximum time in between charges its worth disabling though.

I don't remember how much more it pulled, perhaps I should refresh my memory.

yes, and there seems to be a trend with certain people.

Tobey - I think everyone is getting tired of your condescending attitude....it is not necessary nor welcome here.
