I have input in everything in on the EPST of my diamond that my mogul had of coarse not the esn ....But it seems that when I try to activate to phone on cricket by pressing *228 it says your account cannot be validated. Also when I press on the signal bars on my phone it says "CricKet". I also have not uploaded the prl on my diamond. Any suggestions with that.

Use the same pst settings from the mogul on the diamond. If you want evdo grab the 1050evdo PRL search google and you will find it. Also you cant OTA/*228 on the sprint diamond they are programmed through data with sprint and cricket does not do that. When you try to OTA/*228 on the diamond on cricket you will get a message saying the number of times has failed and the phone will lockup for about a min or so. Also cricket has blocked OTA/*228 from working on certain phones especialy the ones with the long esn's. Just program the pst of the phone and activate the esn with cricket and your good to go.

search for prl 1050 and add 2 your internal storage. ##778# enter 000000 .update prl.

I have called cricket up and gave them my esn and now when i press *228 it says that my phone cannot be activated. It says that it downloads SPL unlocked NAM download complete and when i hang up it says "programing is unsuccessful".. also i did not have no knowledge of programing the pst so i dont know if i did it or not. what can i do?

you cant *228 from this phone. I think I said that allready.
