Touchflo Restarts each night

Each morning I turn on my phone, I need to manually start touchflo, as it seems to crash sometime in the middle of the night. I have never seen it crash.

I am running Juicy 3.2, which you must manually restart touchflo when there's a reboot, so perhaps the phone is rebooting?

any others had this issue, or know of an answer?

Did you have problems when flashing Juicy ROM?

I would try a re-flash

I believe I read where its just the timeout for the today screen, you can change that by going into the today screen under settings. Juicy's newest roms have touchFLO starting automaticlly again.

It doesn't crash. The Today Timeout setting in the Today Settings box makes it time out after 4 hours.

Re: Touchflo Restarts each night

hey hey,

I checked my today time out setting, and yup, it was set to 4 hours. I've turned it off, thanks!!!

btw, why would you want the option to time out?

I'm not sure about TouchFlo, because I have it disabled.

I have the Today timeout set to 1 hour. For me, if I leave my phone alone, it will drop back to the standard Today screen after 1 hour, no matter what program is currently up.

I imagine it's the same. The default Today screen on that particular version of the ROM is the blank screen that says "Tap here to start TF3D." It defaults back to that after 4 hours. On a stock ROM, TouchFlo3D would be the Today screen that it would revert back to after the timeout period.

Longer TF3D runs, it drags more memory from the device, a restart of TF3D will quickly regain the memory it was hogging.
