windows player no sound videos for htc?

Playing recorded videos on my pc from Htc.....videos are recorded in mp4 format...windows player can play it but no sound? anyone else run into this problem?

try turning down the volume on the player 1 notch (not on the side). sometimes it slips into mute mode and if you click volume on the player,the sounds comes back.

No it's not that, other mp4 videos I made play no problem. videos i recorded with htc diamon plays but no sound....

if i change record format to 3gpp quicktime has no prob...but if i change it to mp4 windows cannot play sound. plays good on the phone but what gives? is 3gpp lower quality than mp4??
